the production processes of sodium bromide
Method In urea recovery method, soda ash (sodium carbonate) and urea are dissolved in hot water, sent to the reverberatory furnace, and slowly participate in the bromine reaction to produce sodium bromide. Then the sodium bromide product is obtained by using activated carbon decolorization, filtration, evaporation crystallization, centrifugal separation and drying. The response equation is as follows. In the neutralization method, approximately 40% hydrobromic acid is added to the reverberator and then slowly added to 40% caustic soda solution for neutralization. When the pH value is 7.5 ~ 8, sodium bromide is generated, which is centrifuged, evaporated, crystallized and centrifuged to obtain sodium bromide products. The reaction equation is as follows: sodium carbonate and urea are dissolved in hot water, bromine is added, sodium bromide is recovered, and then decolorized, filtered, evaporated and crystallized with activated carbon.
